Working on a refresh

Please be patient as we are working on improving the website that needs a lot of love to put it to new standards.
Right now we have opened new forums that are not yet linked to the front page, you can access them via the menu and make sure you register again.
NewOrderOnline has been attacked by spammers in recent time and we need to fix those issues, and we also want to make sure the community can publish news as they come.
